Dr. David Warwick, DC
Dr. Warwick is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been helping patients in the Lacey area for more than 20 years. He holds Certified and Advanced Certified Practitioner status in the Zone Technique and adjusts extremities like shoulders and wrists, not just the spine.
His approach is simple: find the source of the problem, treat it, and get you back to your life. You may also be seen by one of our associate doctors, Dr. Noble, Dr. Bernard or Dr. Greene, who share the same approach.

Come in any time we’re open, or call ahead. You’ll fill out a short intake form, so bring your insurance card.

History and exam
Your doctor asks what’s going on, examines you and tells you plainly whether chiropractic can help. If it can’t, we’ll point you to someone who can.

Treatment, same visit
If chiropractic is a fit, you’re usually treated that day. Our aim is to get you out of pain in as few visits as possible.

Before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome for new and returning patients any time we’re open. If you’d rather come at a set time, you can book online or call (360) 951-4504.
Do I need a referral?
No. Whether it’s back pain, neck pain, sciatica, a work injury or a car accident, just come in and we’ll examine you.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re in network with many major insurance companies, but every plan is different. Call (360) 951-4504 and our staff will check your coverage. You can also see our insurance information.
Do you accept Medicare or TRICARE?
We accept Medicare assignment when Medicare is your primary insurance. We aren’t preferred providers for some Medicare replacement plans, so please call to check yours. TRICARE does not cover chiropractic care; TriWest does. Call us for details.
I was in a car accident. Can you help?
Yes. We accept PIP (Personal Injury Protection) claims and third-party claims held until settlement. Washington is a no-fault state, so your own auto policy usually pays first through PIP. If you need an attorney, we work with personal injury attorneys and can help you find one.
Do you accept workers’ comp?
Yes. We accept Washington L&I claims and self-insured workers’ comp claims, and Dr. Warwick can serve as your attending provider.
Will I be signed up for a long treatment plan?
No. We don’t offer long-term treatment plans or contracts. If chiropractic can help, we’ll suggest an estimated, finite treatment period, and you choose how often you come in.
Do I have to get my neck cracked?
No. If you’d prefer not to have a manual adjustment, we can use instruments and trigger point therapy instead.
How long does the first visit take?
After your paperwork, the first visit usually takes about 30 minutes for your exam, a conversation about what’s going on and your treatment.
What if part of my care isn’t covered?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and CareCredit, and we work with patients to keep out-of-pocket costs manageable.
