And a few other important things you should know…

Dr. David Warwick here.

In just a moment, I’m going to tell you exactly why I like Chiropractic and what that has to do with you.  But first, I want to pass something along to you that I have found to be of extreme importance in my life.

I bet it will be important in your life, too.  Let’s see if I’m right…

What I want to pass along to is a fable by Aesop.  In other words… an Aesop’s fable.

You may or may not have read this fable before.  But, that doesn’t matter.  What really matters is the message I have for you after you’ve read the fable.

So without any further adieu… here’s the fable…

“The Lion and the Mouse”

A LION was awakened from sleep by a Mouse running over his face. Rising up angrily, he caught him and was about to kill him, when the Mouse piteously entreated, saying:  “If you would only spare my life, I would be sure to repay your kindness.”

The Lion laughed and let him go.

It happened shortly after this that the Lion was caught by some hunters, who bound him by strong ropes to the ground.  The Mouse, recognizing his roar, came and gnawed the rope with his teeth and set him free, exclaiming:    “You ridiculed the idea of my ever being able to help you, expecting to receive from me any repayment of your favor; now you know that it is possible for even a Mouse to con benefits on a Lion.”

Now, if you know anything about Aesop’s fables, you know that there is always a moral at the end.  The moral to this particular fables is

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

This fable really hits home form me, because it is EXACTLY why I love Chiropractic.

You see, each and every day, I get to do little things for people that take away aches and pain…. make them feel better… and brighten their lives.

And every day, I never know exactly how these little things are going to drastically affect my patient’s lives – or how – like the mouse, they are going to come back into my life and help me.

I can’t tell you how many times the little things I have done have had an enormous impact of a patient’s life… and how many times patients have done enormous things for me, too.

Why am I telling you this?

Because, I love doing little things for my patients and I know it is never wasted.  That’s why I’d like to thank you for being a patient and for referring others.

I’d also like to let you know that we have restructured things a bit here to makes things easier for everyone to afford Chiropractic care.

Things are very difficult in today’s economy… and we will do anything we can to help.  That’s why we have set up a one visit at a time program that will help you and your loved ones get the care and relief you want at the lowest possible cost.

So remember: no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

And again, thank you.

Sincerely,

Dr. David Warwick
