What is Chiro Trust?
We often get asked what is Chiro Trust from our patients at Warwick Chiropractic here in Lacey Washington. You’ve probably seen it yourself and wondered what it is and means. It is something I am personally very proud to be a member of and it is a group of doctors that I belong to. This group spans the entire country and has enabled me to meet many doctors and share information and advice.
But for you, our patients, it is something that takes on great importance. It forms a mantra that each doctor not only subscribes to, but also makes a pledge to.
So what is it, and what does it mean? What is Chiro Trust?
The pledge itself is simple and straight forward. It reads:
“To the best of my ability, I agree to provide my patients convenient, affordable, and mainstream chiropractic care.
I will not use unnecessary long term treatment plans, and/or therapies.”
So let’s break it down into the three components it speaks about above, convenient, affordable, and mainstream.
Convenient
We are here because of you, the patient. Convenient means that we do not worry so much about an appointment system (although we do have one). We operate a walk in clinic here in Lacey, Olympia. It means that if your back is sore or needs attention, we will be here ready for you. Simply come in, and you will be adjusted.
Affordable
Let’s face it, the US is not well renowned for cheap healthcare costs, which is why we will never push you into any long term treatment plans. Our aim is to treat you as affordably as possible and we try to work with as many networks as possible to make it easier and cheaper for you. This means no other out of pocket expenses other than your co-pay. Our treatment plan is simple. We are here for as long as you need us.
Mainstream
It is important that you are treated by the best techniques based on proper scientific evidence and results. All Chiro Trust doctors are mainstream and we have access to material written by one of the top chiros in the US, Dr Dan Murphy. You may have read some articles on my blog, many of these are by him. We aim to provide the best treatment with the latest information.
So that answers what is Chiro Trust. It is a group of doctors who have made a pledge and aim to provide convenient, affordable, and mainstream chiropractic care. There are many of us around the country, if you’re ever out of State, look one up if you need one.
